01项目背景
BACKGROUND

项目地位于建邺区吾悦广场,是一个集购物、生活、美食和娱乐为一体的成熟商业综合体。店铺处于外场中庭二层的位置,虽然横向24米的展示面显得极具竞争力,但是在没有品牌背书的情况下,如何突出个体差异化,如何用品牌形象契合目标客户、发掘潜在客户,是我们思考的重要环节。

The project is located in Wuyue Square, Jianye District, which is a mature commercial complex integrating shopping, life, food and entertainment. The store is located on the second floor of the outfield atrium, although the horizontal 24-meter display is very competitive, but in the absence of brand endorsement, how to highlight individual differentiation?How to use brand image to fit target customers and explore potential customers is an important part of our thinking.

三间铺子打通后内部形成的不规则场地、以及3根柱体、十多根下水管道给设计带来了不小的难度。我们并没有急于对空间进行切分,而是充分了解主理人创业的初衷,共同探讨新消费的趋势,找到适合的空间逻辑关系。

The irregular site formed inside the three shops, as well as three columns and more than ten sewer pipes, brought a lot of difficulties to the design. We are not eager to divide the space, but fully understand the original intention of the manager to start a business, jointly explore the trend of new consumption, and find a suitable spatial logical relationship.

初次与主理人接洽,得知她放弃百万年薪,追寻自己内心的梦想,以SANSHISAN(中文:叁十叁)作为品牌命名,既是送给自己33岁的礼物,同时也是经营模式的构想。同一个空间内融合3种商业形态,将咖啡、服装、美甲混搭组合,相互引流,相互赋能,打造多功能复合空间体验。
The first time I contacted the manager, I learned that she gave up her million annual salary to pursue her inner dream and named SANSHISAN (Chinese: 33) as a brand name, which was not only a gift for her 33 years old, but also the idea of business model. In the same space, three business forms are integrated, and coffee, clothing and manicure are mixed and combined to drain and empower each other to create a multi-functional complex space experience.


02 设计源泉
INSPIRATION

我们以顾客视觉进行了动线分析+功能分析,将咖啡、服装、美甲进行完整融合,形成让人舒服的动线。开放的外立面弱化店铺的边界感,拉近与消费者之间的距离,大举提升了空间存在的本质和意义。

We have carried out dynamic line analysis + function analysis based on customer's vision, and integrated coffee, clothing and manicure to form a comfortable dynamic line. The open facade weakens the sense of boundary of the store, closes the distance with consumers, and greatly improves the essence and significance of space existence.




我们运用对设计多年的判断和理性的分析,以及积累的经验,非常准确的发现,品牌在成功运营的过程中,有大比例的成绩来自于产品的组配选品和陈列方式,并且一些细节要经得起放大。比如入口的进退关系,室内大面积连贯的弧形造型。

Using years of judgment and rational analysis of design, as well as accumulated experience, we have found very accurately that in the process of successful operation of the brand, a large proportion of the achievements come from the product selection and display methods, and some details should be able to withstand amplification. For example, the advance and retreat relationship of the entrance and the large area of coherent arc shape in the interior.




所以,以无序构建有序,运用弧形墙,不规则的间隔,使平淡的空间因在不同曲度间的流转,而变得立体、生动。

Therefore, in order to construct orderly, the use of arc walls, irregular spacing, so that the plain space becomes three-dimensional and vivid because of the circulation between different curvatures.



03 空间布局
LAYOUT PLAN

首先,对于横向24米的展示面在转折处进行了虚实分割,正对着中庭的一面取消了原有的门头造型,用通高玻璃提升了展示面的高度,让处于商场一楼的消费者最大程度观察到店内的情况。左侧外立面利用门窗的开合,让咖啡区的座位更加灵活,增强了内与外的互动。右侧美甲区的入口,则配合内部弧形的造型,采用内退的方式。

First of all, the 24-meter horizontal display surface is divided into virtual and real parts at the turning point. The original door shape is cancelled on the side facing the atrium, and the height of the display surface is raised with high glass, so that consumers on the first floor of the shopping mall can observe the situation in the store to the greatest extent. The left facade uses the opening and closing of doors and windows to make the seats in the coffee area more flexible.It enhances the interaction between inside and outside. The entrance of the right manicure area, with the internal arc shape, adopts the way of internal retreat.



面对内部狭长的空间难以产生销售行为,柱子及十多根下水管道降低了空间的利用率和完整性。我们将空间的对外销售区域集中在中部,以化整为零的做法对内、外重新进行功能区域的复合性整合。

Faced with the long and narrow space inside, it is difficult to produce sales behavior, and the columns and more than ten sewer pipes reduce the utilization and integrity of the space. We concentrate the external sales area of the space in the central part, and re-integrate the internal and external functional areas by breaking up the whole into parts.




利用圆弧创造出来的外场区域,我们让顶部的镜面可以产生无限延申空间与室外的对话。原本场地中三根柱子,我们采用三种不同的处理方式,从完全裸露到镜面反射、再到用异形形状包裹起来。他们在不同的区域承担地不同的功能。

Using the outfield area created by the arc, we allow the top mirror to create a dialogue between the infinite extension space and the outdoors.The three pillars in the original site were treated in three different ways, from completely bare to specular reflection, and then wrapped in a special-shaped shape. They have different functions in different areas.




04材料与光
MATERIALS ELEMENT AND LIGHT

结合咖啡与美甲在场地中慢节奏的属性,我们希望回归一种慢节奏、优雅的购物体验,是对当下打卡店铺快节奏消费的一种回击,让顾客能很好地享受购物体验。让空间回归本身,而不是嫁接于社交网络存在的短暂消费载体。

Combining the slow-paced attributes of coffee and manicure in the venue, we hope to return to a slow-paced and elegant shopping experience, which is a response to the fast-paced consumption of the current punch card stores, so that customers can enjoy the shopping experience very well. Let space return to itself, rather than being a temporary consumer carrier grafted on the existence of social networks.




从咖啡区过渡到美甲区,地面由灰色地砖过渡到浅黄色的手工砖,墙面则从单一的黑白灰过渡到令人温暖的颜色,柔和的色彩让客人更容易停留,能将注意力更集中于产品。土红色的展台如半圆的环岛,结合米色空间基调,形成一种舒适的空间氛围。镜面与肌理漆对比衬托出的氛围,使空间材料使用和设计手法既统一但又不同。大面积玻璃外墙同时存在的反射、折射属性模糊了内外的边界,使每个人在空间里自然充当起模特或是观众。

From the coffee area to the manicure area, the floor is transformed from gray floor tiles to light yellow manual tiles, while the walls are transformed from single black, white and grey to warm colors. Soft colors make it easier for guests to stay and focus more on products. The earthy red booth is like a semicircular roundabout, combined with the beige space tone, forming a comfortable space atmosphere.The atmosphere set off by the contrast of mirror and texture paint makes the use of space materials and design techniques unified but different. The reflection and refraction properties of the large glass exterior wall blur the internal and external boundaries, so that everyone naturally acts as a model or audience in the space.



光源的把控,赋予了整个空间的设计精髓。空间流线的梳理直接关系到消费者的购物体验。 回到设计的起点,消费者放缓脚步 ,让空间回归到购物这件事的本质。我们期望着引导消费者在自然舒适的空间中,回归到自我心灵的“本真”和“初心”。

The control of light source endows the design essence of the whole space. The combing of spatial streamline is directly related to the shopping experience of consumers. Back to the starting point of design, consumers slow down and let the space return to the essence of shopping. We expect to guide consumers to return to the "true" and "original heart" of their hearts in a natural and comfortable space.



05 后记
REFLECTION

商业零售空间是建筑及室内设计中非常特殊的一种类型,在此类空间中,人们的停留时间较为短暂,有效的视觉吸引力、独特的空间逻辑是其核心竞争力,由此才能够吸引顾客驻足,并给他们留下深刻的印象、传递品牌精神。

Commercial retail space is a very special type of architecture and interior design. In this kind of space, people's stay time is relatively short. Effective visual attraction and unique space logic are its core competitiveness, which can attract customers to stop, impress them deeply and convey brand spirit.



我们从自然形态汲取灵感,将这份淬炼出的诗意以一种柔曲的姿态呈现给顾客。在优雅自由的曲线上,纯粹的形和色构建起空间的构架,把服装挂进去,捕捉属于女性温柔的弧度,传达出舒服的、艺术的、自由的空间气息。

We draw inspiration from natural forms and present the refined poetry to customers in a flexible manner. On the elegant and free curve, the pure shape and color construct the space framework, hang the clothes in it, capture the gentle radian of women, and convey the comfortable, artistic and free space atmosphere.
