每个案子着手之前，结合业主诉求及场地情况，我们“望闻问切”，希望设计价值在于空间赋予更多可能性，改善原有不良结构因素限制，提升生活品质，重定义精神层面的物质属性。 Before each case is started, we combine the owner's appeal and the situation of the venue. We hope to “see and ask”, and hope that the design value lies in the possibility of giving more space, improving the limitations of the original bad structural factors, improving the quality of life, and redefining the material properties of the spiritual level.
原建筑结构“开门见厅”太过直白、也无满足就餐需求的空间、独立封闭的厨房、左右卧室被客厅切开导致动静交通流线交织不合理，这些成了接下来要解决的问题。
The original building structure "open the door to see the hall" is too straightforward, and there is no space for meeting the needs of dining, the kitchen is closed independently, and the left and right bedrooms are cut open by the living room, resulting in unreasonable interlacing of the traffic flow. These have become the next problems to be solved.
抽茧剥丝之后，我们做的第一件事就是建议业主把原有客厅和右侧卧室对调，睡眠区和会客区有了明确的动静分区，打开厨房隔墙，客餐厅及厨房融为一体，扩大使用面积及视线范围。入口增加鞋帽收纳，右侧内过道避免一成不变，考虑内退一个柜体的厚度，这样内过道有了明显节奏韵律的变化。对于住宅来说，收纳是首务，重新布局规划之后，整体收纳比原有基础增加了两成以上。 After the twitching and stripping, the first thing we did was to suggest that the owner reversed the original living room and the right bedroom.
