项目背景 Project Background
建筑空间是一种具有容量感的实体，在现代性语境下，设计师并未局限于“办公楼公共空间”的定位，而是希望打破常规的建造方式，消除室内与室外之间的界限，给人带来更多的联系和互动。Architectural space is an entity with a sense of capacity. In the context of modernity, designers are not limited to the positioning of "public space in office buildings", but hope to break the conventional construction methods and eliminate the gap between indoor and outdoor. Boundaries bring more connections and interactions.
23度办公楼着眼于建筑体块的灵活运用，旨在以新的空间形式回应人们的现代体验，不仅是厦门独树一帜的抖音基地，更成为这座城市的先锋地标。The 23-degree office building focuses on the flexible use of building blocks and aims to respond to people's modern experience with a new spatial form. It is not only a unique Douyin base in Xiamen, but also a pioneering landmark of the city.
纵深·畅通 Depth Unblocked
为实现办公空间的最大灵活度，兼顾路线畅通与观景效果，设计师深入挖掘建筑的空间特性，同时得益于基地的长宽比，通过对基本形体的切削和抽象严谨的几何演绎，赋予一层的走廊鲜明而强烈的纵深感。In order to achieve the maximum flexibility of the office space and take into account the unobstructed route and the viewing effect, the designer deeply explores the spatial characteristics of the building. At the same time, thanks to the length-to-width ratio of the base, through the cutting of basic shapes and abstract and rigorous geometric interpretation, The corridor on the first floor has a clear and strong sense of depth.
设计师有意模糊室内与室外，走廊尽可能多地去呈现这一建筑体块的通透感，以呈现这栋办公楼在空间上的开放度，强化它与城市间的联结关系。The designer deliberately blurs the interior and exterior, and the corridor tries to present as much transparency as possible of this building block to show the spatial openness of this office building and strengthen its connection with the city.
不同于简单的区域划分，空间的延伸与穿插、道路的曲折与迂回既实现建筑形态的虚实结合，也能够给人带来更多的联系和互动，做到功能性与观赏性兼具。Different from simple regional division, the extension and interspersed of space, the twists and turns of roads not only realize the combination of virtual and reality of architectural form, but also bring more connections and interactions to people, achieving both functionality and viewing.
景观 · 和谐 Landscape Harmonious
海德格尔提出，筑造与栖居总是与尝试认知实存联系在一起，并因而具有诗意。这种诗意并非物质的装饰品，而是强调建筑是人和空间的交流。Heidegger pointed out that building and dwelling are always connected with trying to recognize existence, and therefore have a poetic flavor. This kind of poetry is not a material decoration, but emphasizes that architecture is the communication between people and space.
23度办公楼不只是一个单纯的工作场所，更是人与自然和谐共处的景观空间。经过设计师的精心规划，绿植的布局层次、光影的视觉效果都得到了完美呈现，在现代都市中展示出蓬勃的生命力，形成人与景观之间的互动关系。The 23-degree office building is not only a simple workplace, but also a landscape space where people and nature coexist harmoniously. After careful planning by the designer, the layout of the green plants and the visual effects of light and shadow have been perfectly presented, showing the vigorous vitality in the modern city, forming an interactive relationship between people and the landscape.
一个良好的办公环境，必须将建筑的功能、宜居与美学有机整合。因此，低饱和度的大理石、质朴的木纹瓷砖被广泛使用，匀质的形式肌理与雅致的色彩装饰有机结合，最终体现在人对于空间的细微体验之中。A good office environment must organically integrate the function, livability and aesthetics of the building. Therefore, low-saturation marble and rustic wood-grain tiles are widely used. The homogeneous form texture and elegant color decoration are organically combined, which is finally reflected in people's subtle experience of space.
秩序 · 交叠 Order Overlap
“我们希望以一种独特的方式，直面现代性，将多年来在主观感知、物体变化、光与自然，以及空间体验方面的积累付诸实践，打造出一栋如同艺术品一般的作品。”"We hope to face modernity in a unique way, and put into practice the accumulation of subjective perception, object changes, light and nature, and space experience over the years to create a work that is like a work of art."
基于立体主义的建筑逻辑和秩序感，露台、阁层都体现了复合空间的互相贯穿，由此具备更灵活的空间形态、更深刻的内涵，只从某一个点来观看是无法了解这座建筑的。Based on the architectural logic and sense of order of Cubism, the terraces and pavilions all reflect the interpenetration of the composite space, which has a more flexible spatial form and deeper connotation. It is impossible to understand the building from a single point of view.
正如勒 · 柯布西耶所强调的，空间需要在运动中被认知。如此一来，便在空间中引入了时间向度，徜徉于23度办公楼，每一处的空间体验各不相同，是伴随着时间而流动的。As Le Corbusier emphasized, space needs to be recognized in motion. In this way, a time dimension is introduced into the space. When wandering around the 23-degree office building, the space experience varies from place to place, and flows with time.
艺术、技术、人文、自然彼此交融，最终让这座建筑有着极高的理性完成度，又体现着非凡的艺术气质。Art, technology, humanities, and nature are blended with each other, and finally this building has a high degree of rational completion, and also reflects the extraordinary artistic temperament.
23度办公楼摆脱以往固有的机械化、程式化的束缚，把实用、审美以及象征等方面的需求进行整理，达到办公和宜居、空间和时间、建筑形态和内在逻辑的和谐互动，创造出一种更开放包容、利于交流互动的生活方式。The 23-degree office building gets rid of the inherent constraints of mechanization and stylization in the past, and organizes practical, aesthetic, and symbolic needs to achieve the harmonious interaction between office and livability, space and time, architectural form and internal logic, creating a unified A more open and inclusive lifestyle that is conducive to communication and interaction.

三次圆空间设计成立于 2019 年，由李健、张喆、潘水宗三位设计师联合发起，以“溯本求源,圆生万物”的设计理念始终坚持创新，并以建筑思维重新定义空间，以全新的空间设计理念和设计手法来组合空间，擅长用建筑体块、光线等手法来处理设计，在形式上突破现代主义单一标准的风格，更多地表现了地域文化、习俗，引向多元化风格。
同时关注和探索由虚拟空间和实体空间共同构成的混合空间与设计产生的关系，注重利用设计手法，将空间形态巧妙组合，使其大中有小，小中见大，层次丰富，相互交融，从而完成从二维平面到三维立体空间的转变，构建当下人对空间的物质与精神的感受。
