德力设计--木柵恆光街住家案

德力出品-木柵恆光街住家案

本戶屋齡約有十三年左右的電梯大廈，雖說如此但是本宅的挑高足足有令人羨慕的四米高，同時擁有一個頗具特色的圓弧形對外窗….。
根據此宅的特性以及屋主期待的空間風格走向，設計師首先以「拉長中軸線」的方式進行空間配置，局部變更並採「雙滑門設計」與「摺疊門設計」讓空間的視覺得以延伸不受侷限，讓居主者在行進之間感受環環相扣的住家場域。
屋主在平面配置前便具體提出希望保留三房兩廳的配置，不過對於空間的定義持開放狀態，也就是說臥榻式的客房，可彈性擴充的書房等等的設計手法都是可接受的。此外，為了突顯空間既有的高挑性格，設計師選用巧克力色作為空間主色，藉由收縮色的壓縮作用讓空間達到一個平衡的尺度。
特別一提，如不經說明恐怕很難想像電視牆與對稱設計的滑門，是利用未變更前的客房實木地板製作的，更多細節就留給精彩的變身前後文吧…..敬請期待超級變變變……….
