本案为学区房，装修以实用居住为主，兼具美观，同时满足功能收纳。根据业主喜好和需求，以简约东方为切入点，通过不同的材质表达、立面分割、元素提取及运用，营造具有东方意境的适居场所。
This case is schooldistrict room, decorate with practical live give priority to, hold concurrentlybeautiful, satisfy a function to receive at the same time. According to theowner's preferences and needs, the simple Oriental style is adopted as theentry point to create a comfortable place with Oriental artistic conceptionthrough different material expressions, facade segmentation, element extractionand application.

规划之初，在原有条件基础上，优先规划出开放区及私密区，有序排列出三个独立卧室，满足业主基本需求，再利用多功能区域，整合了琴房、茶室及家庭必须的收纳需要。
At the beginning ofthe planning, on the basis of the original conditions, give priority to theplanning of the open area and private area, orderly arranged out of threeindependent bedrooms, to meet the basic needs of the owners, use ofmulti-functional areas, integrated the piano room, tea room and family mustreceive the need.

白，在东方人的审美里，具有强大的包容性和可塑性。在设计中，我们以大面留白为基底，局部原木饰面点缀，传递内敛含蓄的空间气质。通过低彩度的色彩延续，细腻的材质关系，加之光影变化下的明暗转换，刻画出空间多面向的层次，阐释着生活的舒适。
White, in the Orientalaesthetic, has a strong inclusiveness and plasticity. In the design, we takebig face to remain white as the base, local log facing ornament, transferinside collect implicative space temperament. Through the continuation of thecolor of low chroma, the delicate material relationship, together with thelight and shadow change under the conversion of light and shade, depict thespace of multi-oriented level, explain the comfort of life.

厨房选用U型橱柜，预留出了足够的活动空间，三两人在厨房同时烹饪也不会显得拥挤。

铜色的床头灯与深色木床相得益彰，依旧是还原生活本质的设计手法，却重新组构了一个在都市中独到的涵养尺度，回归宁静且有温馨的生活空间。

在空间的功能布局上主次分明，色调把控上轻重有度。柔软的浅蓝色，活跃空间气氛，减少压抑，与人一种视觉上素雅及温润之感。
In the functionallayout of the space, the primary and secondary are distinct, and the color toneis controlled to be light and heavy. Soft light blue, active space atmosphere,reduced repression, and a sense of visual elegance and warmth.

浅绿色的空间色调，搭配天然的原木家具，清新而宁静。
