Mints Design是来自于乌克兰一家新晋的室内设计工作室，由两位非常年轻的艺术家创始人Volodymyr Mints和Anastasiia Shinkarenko创立。工作室是一个拥有自己设计理念和品牌意识的团队。他们在设计领域上工作了很长一段时间，在2019年他们决定成立自己的公司。
Mints Design is a new interior Design studio in Ukraine, founded by two very young artists founders Volodymyr Mints and Anastasiia Shinkarenko. The studio is a team withits own design philosophy and brand awareness. They worked in the design fieldfor a long time and decided to set up their own company in 2019.
工作室有两个主要的工作领域：室内设计、建筑和产品设计。在设计和建筑时，他们尽量坚持使用干净的形式和自然材料的原则。对于他们来说，最主要的是形成项目的某种氛围，创造出它的原始印象。
The studio has twomain areas of work: interior design, architecture and product design. Indesigning and building, they try to adhere to the principle of using clean formsand natural materials. For them, the main thing is to form a certain atmosphereof the project and create its original impression.
Yaga Terrace

Mints Design完成了位于乌克兰基辅的一个商业项目，占地面积为115平方米。项目的目标是根据新功能更新现有建筑的立面，并在其附近设置一个休闲区，作为一楼的咖啡馆平台、瑜伽空间的入口群和公共休闲区。
Mints Design has completed a115-square-metre commercial project in Kiev, Ukraine. The project goal was to updatethe façade of the existing building in accordance with its new function and implementa recreation area near it, which should serve as a terrace for a café on the firstfloor, entrance group to the yoga space and a public recreation area.

Mints Design完成了位于乌克兰基辅的一座117平方米的现代住宅。工作室打造了一个轻奢华丽的室内氛围。该项目的主要目标是尽可能扩大客厅面积，而主卧室区域应该保持私人空间。在形成开放空间后，设计师设法强调了房屋的独特性——整个公寓周边有大量的窗户。
Mints Design has completed a117-square-metre modern home in Kiev, Ukraine. The studio creates a light andluxurious interior. The main goal of this project was to extend the living roomarea as much as possible, while the master bedroom area should remain private.Having formed an open space designers managed to emphasize the peculiarity of thepremises- a large number of windows on the whole perimeter of the apartment.
Yoga Studio

Mints Design完成了位于乌克兰基辅的一个商业项目，占地面积为533平方米。该项目结合了几个功能区域：如瑜伽，咖啡馆，商店，按摩室。所有这些区域围绕一个综合体中工作，形成一个单独的空间，在这里可以做瑜伽，吃饭，购物，还可以改善你的健康和放松。
Mints Design has completed acommercial project covering 533 square metres in Kiev, Ukraine. The project combines several functional areas: such as yoga, cafe, shop, massage room. Allthese areas work around a complex, forming a single space where you can doyoga, eat, shop, and improve your health and relaxation.
该项目的主要目标是创造一种特殊的空间氛围。Mints Design试图摆脱对房间的通常理解，消除它们之间的界限。形状、纹理、光线、气味——所有这些在综合体中创造了项目的氛围。
Themain objective of the project was to create a special atmosphere in the space.Mints Design attempts to break away from the usual understanding of rooms andremove the boundaries between them. Shape, texture, light, smell -- all thesecreate the atmosphere of the project in the complex.

专访：Weadmire your handling of materials. Can you tell us about your design concept?
Mints Design：对于我们来说，设计中最重要的是项目的某种情绪，它最初的印象。这就是为什么，我们试图创造的不是设计，而是氛围。
Mints Design：Forus, the main thing in design is the certain mood of the project, its originalimpression. That’ why, we try to create not the design, but the atmosphere.
Mints Design：我们坚持的原则是工作与简洁形式和天然材料。天然材料(如:石头、金属、木材、粘土、土壤)是我们灵感的主要来源之一。随着时间的推移，这些材料获得了某种美，而且只会变得更好。用天然材料制作的设计，有自己独特的意境。
Mints Design：Weadhere to the principle: work with clean forms and natural materials. Naturalmaterials (such as: stone, metal, wood, clay, soil) are one of the main sourcesof our inspiration. These materials over time acquire a certain beauty andbecome only better. The design made of natural materials has its own originalmood.
专访：你最喜欢的材料是什么?为什么?
专访：Whatis your favorite material? why?
Mints Design：很难选出一种材料。我们会指出两种材料：土壤和石头。土壤是一种原始的物质，真实的，永恒的。它在质地和色调上非常多样化。在我们看来，土壤的一切可能的色调都是那么和谐而深沉。在我们的作品中，我们尝试使用这样的颜色组合。
Mints Design：Itis difficult to single out one material. We would point out two materials: soiland stone. Soil is a primitive material, real, eternal. It is very diverse intexture and shades. All possible shades of soil seem very harmonious and deepto us. In our work, we try to use just such color combinations.
Mints Design：石头是我们的另一个爱好。石头是一种巨大的材料，同时也可以非常优雅和复杂。石头不会随着时间的推移而恶化和磨损，即使有一块碎片从它身上脱落，它仍然像开始时一样美丽。
Mints Design：Stoneis our other passion. The stone is a monumental and massive material which atthe same time can be very elegant and sophisticated. The stone does notdeteriorate and does not wear out over time, even if a fragment breaks awayfrom it, it remains as beautiful as at the beginning.

专访：Howlong is your design cycle? What do you usually do?
Mints Design：我们的工作分为以下几个阶段:

Mints Design：Ourwork consists of the following stages:
a. Volumetricplanning solution b. Development of visualizations of design or architecture
c. Development ofdrawings d. Project supervision
Mints Design：根据项目的复杂程度而定，在开始施工之前，项目发展通常需要2至3个月，我们总是特别关注空间体积解决方案的开发。在规划阶段，对主要设计思路进行了精确的规划。因此，我们总是花足够的时间在计划上。
Mints Design：Projectdevelopment, before the start of construction work, usually takes from 2 to 3months, depending on the complexity of the project. We always pay specialattention to the development of a volume-spatial solution. The main designideas are laid precisely at the planning stage. Therefore, we always devoteenough time to the planning.
专访：你现在的设计风格是怎样形成的?你是否受到了设计大师或建筑的影响?
专访：Howdid you form your current design style? Are you influenced by design masters orarchitecture?
Mints Design：我们的风格是在一些启发我们的事物的影响下形成的：不朽的巨石建筑，考古文物，各种崇拜和宗教的表现形式，各种粗糙的天然材料。
Mints Design：Ourstyle was formed under the influence of things that inspire us: monumentalmegalithic architecture, archaeological artifacts, various manifestations ofcults and religions, a variety of rough natural materials.
MintsDesign：我们也可以区分这样的建筑工作室：MORQ Architecture studio, Vincenzo De Cotiis Architect, RCRArquitectes, Anne Holtrop。我们特别关注土地艺术这一现象。大师如:RichardSerra, Michael Heizer, Richard Long。
Mints Design：Alsowe can distinguish such architectural studios as: MORQ Architecture studio,Vincenzo De Cotiis Architect, RCR Arquitectes, Anne Holtrop. We pay specialattention to such a phenomenon as land art. Monumentality, power and scope ofsuch masters as: Richard Serra, Michael Heizer, Richard Long.
专访：你是如何让设计保持兴奋的状态，有没有什么方法可以跟我们分享一下呢?
专访：Howdo you keep the design excited, is there any way to share？
Mints Design：我们尽量不跟随快速的流行趋势。我们更喜欢有深刻想法的工作，开发有思想的项目。
Mints Design：Wetry not to follow fast popular trends. We prefer to work with deep ideas anddevelop thoughtful projects.
