Sivak+Partners is an interior design studio based in Odessa, Ukraine, run by founder Dmitry Sivak with Alexey Gulesha and Maksym Iuriichuk. The studio combines business, art and comfort. They love to design and implement bold projects, from high-rise buildings, thousands of square meters of offices, to cute cafes with delicious cookies. Sivak+Partners believes that design knows no boundaries, and their goal is to build projects on several continents around the globe.

Designed by Sivak+Partners, this two-storey apartment on the highest floor in Kiev, Ukraine, was designed for a young family with two children. This is a bright master bedroom with closets on both sides. White and warm wood textures make this space very convenient and peaceful. The children's room has been designed in a more neutral tone and can be painted on all the surfaces so that the children can have fun in a peaceful atmosphere. There are also three bathrooms in different hues, but the connection between the materials used to decorate the furniture and the walls can be seen.

Sivak+Partners has designed the interior of a large beach hotel in Odessa, Ukraine. The interior design was inspired by the 1980s James Bond films. The designer wanted to make a different design. It will be luxurious and free. The designers wanted to make bathing in this interior look like bathing in a hot spring, so he made a bath basin out of the same material as the entire floor of the room. It grows smoothly from the floor surface, much like a small pool formed in the floor under the influence of natural forces. In addition, Sivak+Partners likes to feel the surface of the material rather than visually, comparing materials by touch. They call it tactile contrast. For example, a soft carpet will appear softer if people have walked on hard, cold concrete.

Designed by Sivak+Partners, this two-storey apartment in Kiev, Ukraine, is designed for luxury living while having a comfortable shade. The living room has a large panoramic window 5 meters long, which allows the owner to use natural light as the main source of light. The dining area also has a special light, a chandelier by Ingo Maurer. It adds a cosy ambience to this gentle table in Desalto. In addition, each guest has the opportunity to leave a small piece of art or logo on these pieces of paper and become a part of the room forever.
K. Residence
独立 舒适 质感
位于乌克兰基辅的一座85㎡的住宅，由Sivak+Partners设计。客户有时会对城市生活、交通堵塞和噪音感到厌倦，但又不想降低舒适度。基辅附近建造了一座小避暑别墅。考虑到客户的偏好，设计师优先考虑的是一个大厨房(客户喜欢烹饪和进行烹饪实验)。没有办公室或大客房，因为这是客户想要独处的房子。
Located in Kiev, Ukraine, 85 SQM house designed by Sivak+Partners. Clients sometimes get bored with city life, traffic and noise, but don't want to compromise their comfort. A small summer house was built near Kiev. Taking into account the client's preferences, the designer prioritized a large kitchen (the client loved to cook and experiment with cooking). There are no offices or large guest rooms because this is a house where clients want to be alone.
