Designed to celebrate North Burleig's tradition as a meeting place for surfers and beach lovers, the ALBA project combines timeless delicacy with a casual lifestyle overlooking pristine white sand beaches, a picturesque waterfront and the Pacific Ocean. The project also offers an elevated lobby experience, ground floor pool and gym, a spacious 2 level loft, separate bar, and a swimming pool with roof terrace.

Composed of seven luxury condominiums, "Sunday" has a personal residential scale designed for architecture and space.
Iluka

Thomas Street

Each residence on Thomas Street is surrounded by green Spaces, immersed in greenery and celebrating its surroundings through earthy textures, sculptural forms and warm hues of ochre, merlot and pumice. Contemporary details are used in the forms and finishes of the 69 apartments to create a harmonious environment for families, leisure people and young professionals.
Munro House
