项目位于山东泰安,北侧与泰山隔路相望,南侧与西湖遥相呼应;孔孟之道赋予了这座城市深厚的文化积淀,泰山西湖又给予了这座城市记忆中的精神归属。地块南低北高,有近20m的高差,美学馆位于地块西侧,是整个社区的主入口。


The project is located in Tai’an, Shandong, facing Mount Tai on the north side and West Lake on the south side. The  thought of Confucius and Mencius endow the city a deep sense of culture, and the West Lake and Mount Tai also embody the city spirit. The plot is low in the south and high in the north, with a height difference of nearly 20m. The Aesthetics museum is located on the west side of the plot. It was a sales office in the early stage and transformed into a community in the later stage. It is also the main entrance of the entire community.

面对巍峨的泰山和浩渺的西湖,我们希望美学馆是这样一个木构建筑,它像水一样柔和,像树叶一样轻盈,静静融入在这硬朗的山峰之下。我们试图用象征性的建筑语言去表达场所精神,设想泰山两条奔腾起伏的山脉互相缠绕,化为飞扬的线条,便成了美学馆流动交错的屋脊。

Facing the majestic Mount Tai and the vast West Lake, we hope that the Aesthetics Museum is such a wooden building, which is as soft as water and light as leaves, quietly blending into this tough mountain. We tried to express the spirit through architecture. We imagined that the undulating mountains of Mount Tai intertwined with each other, turned into flying lines, which became the flowing crisscross roof of the Aesthetics Museum.

美学馆是一个三层高、面宽近70m,涵盖2530㎡配套面积的庞然大物,比传统的宫殿还要巨大。为削弱建筑体量,美学馆平面采用了象征着无限的数学符号“∞”,平滑无垠的的墙面,大面的玻璃幕墙减轻了建筑的压迫感。


The Aesthetics Pavilion is three stories high, with a surface width of nearly 70m, covering an area of 2,530 square meters, which is larger than a traditional palace. In order to weaken the size of the building, the plane of the aesthetics museum adopts the symbol “∞” which symbolizes infinity, and the smooth wall and large glass curtain wall reduce the oppressive feeling of the building.

建筑主体采用超白高透玻璃幕墙和朴素的灰色石材,搭配出挑深远的木构屋檐,整个建筑呈现出一种轻柔的气质。在项目落地过程中,遇到的最大挑战来自结构上的大跨度、大通高空间。三层通高的的室内无柱空间,最高点达到了16.6m,平面尺寸则达到了38.0mx15.6m。


The main building adopts ultra-white glass curtain wall and gray stone matching with wooden eaves,  so the whole building presents a soft feeling. In the process of project, the biggest challenge was the large-span, large-pass high space. The three-story indoor column-free space in the sandpan area has a highest point of 16.6m and a plane size of 38.0mx15.6m.

为达到室内无柱大空间设计要求,经过数轮的结构试验,最终结构设计采用了钢-木水平混合框架支撑体系,由22根600×400木柱、两道圈梁、斜向钢支撑组成。柱子、椽条和望板全都使用瑞典赤松木,圈梁采用包木钢梁,室内效果统一。


In order to meet the design requirements of the indoor large space, after many structural tests, the sales office finally adopted a steel-wood horizontal hybrid frame support, consisting of 22 600×400 wooden columns, two ring beams, and diagonal steel supports. The pillars, rafters and lookout boards are all made of Swedish red pine, and the ring beams are made of wood-clad steel beams to unify the indoor effect.

结构上的另一大挑战来自于异形双曲面屋顶,为实现原方案双曲面的屋顶效果,结构难度太大,将增加约20%的造价,最终我们采用了斜屋面做法来节省造价,屋面异形轮廓维持不变保证了原方案的效果。


Another big challenge comes from the special-shaped hyperboloid roof. To achieve the hyperboloid roof effect of the original plan is too difficult and will increase the cost by about 20%. In the end, we adopted the inclined roof to save the cost, and the roof profile was kept unchanged, achieving the effect of the original plan.

两片异形斜屋面交错,在屋脊处形成一条贯穿整个屋顶的斜天窗,就像是看向泰山的眼睛。为达到满意的天窗效果,屋盖部分梁采用了双曲线型的构件,对于结构、拆分以及施工都极具挑战性。我们和深化单位及厂家多次沟通测试,最终使用550×250的木梁搭接形成屋顶轮廓,300X300X16的圆管连接整个屋脊,再通过100X100X16的圆管把屋脊固定在木梁上,起到了叉手的作用。


Two special-shaped sloping roofs are staggered, forming a sloping skylight that runs through the entire roof at the ridge, as if the eyes  looking into Mount Tai. In order to achieve a satisfactory skylight effect, part of the roof beam adopts hyperbolic components, and the structure, splitting and construction are extremely challenging. We communicated and tested with deepening units and manufacturers many times. Finally, 550×250 wooden beams were used to overlap the roof profile. 300X300X16 round pipes were used to connect the entire roof, and then 100X100X16 round pipes were used to fix the roof on the wooden beams, acting as a fork.

异形轮廓增加了斜天窗防漏水的难度,基于此我们增加了斜天窗的坡度,在天窗玻璃和铝镁锰瓦交接处增加了1.5mm厚金属封边板,用耐候胶封堵,天窗玻璃采用电动开启。


It is difficult to prevent water leakage for the oblique sunroof with special-shaped contour, so we increased the slope of the oblique sunroof and added a 1.5mm thick metal edge plate at the junction of the sunroof glass and the aluminum-magnesium-manganese tile, sealed with weather-resistant glue, and opened the sunroof glass electrically.

屋顶平均挑檐4.5m,最远处出挑超过了6m,为达到深远的屋檐效果,我们用550×250的变截面木梁间隔2米排列出挑,210×210钢梁斜向加固,完美隐藏在屋顶望板之下;最外侧收边铝板角度只有21.56°,保证了屋檐的轻盈;屋檐变截面木梁端部收窄,是对微观受力的如实表达,瑞典赤松木色彩柔和、质感细密,形成优美的韵律感。


The roof has an average eaves of 4.5m, and the farthest overhang exceeds 6m. In order to achieve a far-reaching eaves effect, we used 550×250 variable cross-section wooden beams to be arranged at intervals of 2 meters, and 210×210 steel beams were reinforced obliquely, and the eaves were perfectly hidden under the roof panel. The angle of the outermost closed aluminum plate is only 21.56°, which ensures the lightness of the eaves; the end of the variable cross-section wooden beams of the eaves is narrowed, indicating microscopic force. The color of Swedish red pine is soft and the texture is fine, forming a beautiful sense of rhythm.

美学馆胶合木均采用了先进的机械臂加工技术,在施工技术上则采用了工厂化加工,现场分组装配的预制装配形式,确保了木构件的加工精度,避免了异形结构装配误差调解问题。为实现曲面幕墙的效果,出于成本考虑,我们并没有直接采用弧形玻璃,而是采用单块拼接,玻璃分隔控制在1500mm左右,保证了曲面圆滑和成本可控。


The Glulam of Aesthetics Pavilion adopts advanced mechanical arm processing technology, factory processing construction technology, and on-site group assembly prefabricated assembly form to ensure the processing accuracy of wooden components and avoid the assembly errors of special-shaped structures. In order to achieve the effect of curved curtain wall, considering the cost, we did not directly use curved glass, but used a single piece of splicing, and the glass separation was controlled at about 1500mm to ensure a smooth curved surface and controllable cost.

玻璃幕墙采用竖明横隐的形式,每块玻璃交接处采用150X60X3mm竖挺连接,强调竖向线条。幕墙采用10厚双钢化超白中空玻璃,消融了室内外界限,将泰山邀请入室,形成了自然与景观亲密互动美好画面。玻璃幕墙和石材间预留有500mmX200mm的凹槽,巧妙解决了石材和玻璃的交接问题,也丰富了立面的层次。美学馆在内部设计中,以大面积冷色调的白色石材搭配温暖的木结构,打造超然的空间,温暖中多了一份沉静的气质。


The glass curtain wall adopts the form of vertical and horizontal concealment, and each glass junction is connected by a 150X60X3mm erection, emphasizing vertical lines. The curtain wall adopts 10-thick double-tempered ultra-white hollow glass, which eliminates the boundary between indoor and outdoor, and invites Mount Tai into the room, forming a beautiful picture of nature and landscape interaction. A 500mmX200mm groove is reserved between the glass curtain wall and the stone, which creatively solves the gap between the stone and the glass, and also enriches the three-dimensional level. As for the interior design, the Aesthetics museum uses a large area of cold white stone with a warm wooden structure, which creates a supernatural space, adding a calm temperament.

两个天窗不仅流露出艺术的美感,也孕育出了自然的光影。空间内大量的留白,充分容纳了从天而降的阳光,将艺术天窗的影子映刻于空间中。感谢鼎峰集团对睿风设计的充分信任,同时感谢木构单位、施工图单位及幕墙公司过程中的配合。


The two skylights not only show the beauty of art, but also bring natural light and shadow. A large amount of blank space in the space fully receive the sunlight falling from the sky and engraves the shadow of the art skylight in the space.
