一切起因，源自南京。 煜康荟位于南京玄武湖畔，背靠明城墙，临水而居，项目建筑为唐式风格合院。 往前翻阅，南京是六朝古都、十朝都会，文脉传承而底蕴深厚；向未来去，南京则立足时尚前沿，跟随时代发展迅速。南京复合了经典与摩登，而在城林山河之上孕育而生的煜康荟也自带着东方与世界相融的基因。 All begins from Nanjing.Yukanghui is located on the Bank of Xuanwu Lake in Nanjing, with the Ming Dynasty city wall at its back and facing the water. The project building is a courtyard in Tang style.Looking backward, Nanjing is the ancient capital of Six Dynasties and the capital of ten dynasties, with profound cultural heritage; Going to the future, Nanjing is standing on the forefront of fashion and developing rapidly with the times. Nanjing combines classic and modern, and yukanghui, which is bred on the city's forests, mountains and rivers, also carries the gene of blending the East and the world.

这种基因不仅影响着煜康荟的场景功能，更指向着背后的生活方式与美学思考。煜康荟，为弘扬中华文化及高净值人群提供综合服务为主旨的高端私人会所，其内包含「盖娅传说服装展厅」、「吾道吾茶会馆」、「湖宴高级餐厅」、「桐君还康健康管理中心」等四个版块，并融入“宇宙奇迹珠宝”、“凤凰学宫”、“商圣学院”等多个品牌入驻。我们在对其复合功能及文化内涵深入理解的基础上，以“起承转合”的当代视角赋予其古老的叙事以及全新的生命。 This gene not only affects the scene function of Yu Kang Hui, but also points to the lifestyle and aesthetic thinking behind it. Yukanghui is a high-end private club with the main purpose of promoting Chinese culture and providing comprehensive services for high net worth individuals. It contains four sections, including Heaven Gaia clothing exhibition hall, Wudaowucha Club, high-end restaurant Lake Banquet and Tongjun Huankang health management center. It also incorporates several brands such as "XYPLUSZ jewelry", "Phoenix Academy" and "Shangsheng School". On the basis of in-depth understanding of its complex function and cultural connotation, we endow it with ancient narrative and new life from the contemporary perspective of "Qi Cheng Zhuan He".

To build a space by combining the artistic expression of modern aesthetics, talking about contemporary Chinese aesthetics and the trend of the times, with the integrated design concept of low-carbon and environmental protection.
踏入前厅，穿梭之旅即刻开始。悬浮于顶的飞舞绸缎装置结合镜面吊顶，通过光影反射，如朱砂在水中晕染。玻璃悬浮楼梯蜿蜒而上，直至煜康荟二层凤凰学宫。古今流转，时间与光影的灵动切换中，凤凰于飞，探寻匠心。 Step into the front hall and the shuttle tour begins immediately. The flying silk decoration suspended on the top combines with the mirror ceiling, and with the reflection of light and shadow, like cinnabar halo dyeing in water. The suspended glass staircase winds up to the Phoenix Academy on the second floor of Yu Kang Hui. Ancient and modern, in the beautiful switch between time and light, Phoenix is flying, exploring ingenuity.
美，不单是存在于物体之中，而存在于物和物直接的光影波动和明暗的交汇之中。 Beauty exists not only in objects, but also in the direct fluctuations of light and shadow and the intersections of light and shade among objects.
玉，非常完美的诠释及代表了东方文化之美。围绕在前厅的幕墙，采用天然玉石切片与玻璃组合的工艺手法。通过灯光穿透，好似山峰层叠的水墨画。降低耗材的同时，XYPLUSZ晰纹设计低碳、环保的设计理念得以彰显。 YU, Jade perfectly interprets and represents the beauty of Oriental culture. The curtain wall around the front hall adopts the technology of natural jade slicing and glass combination. Through the penetration of light, it looks like an ink painting of mountains. While reducing materials, it shows XYPLUSZ's design concept of low-carbon and environmental protection.
以“放”、“收”、“曲折”、“明暗”、“对称”等手法，表现空间的节奏与张力。用传统“闺阁”的“门”，作为「盖娅传说」的核心理念，通过朱红色对称的门扇，营造一个充满中国文化及当代仪式感的空间，为国风注入新的感悟。 The rhythm and tension of space are expressed by means of "release", "retract", "twists and turns", "light and shade" and "symmetry". With the "door" of the traditional "boudoir" as the core concept of the " Heaven Gaia ", a space full of Chinese culture and contemporary ritual feeling is created through the vermilion symmetrical door leaves, which injects fresh insights into the Chinese style.
在古人看来，屋顶不止有遮蔽天空的作用，它还是“技艺载道，道艺合一”的舞台。我们以“藻井”形式，摒弃传统藻井图案，用极简形式，呈现全新东方建筑形式之美，赋予展厅天顶之上。同时采用中轴对称的结构形式进行展厅平面布局，空间的张力由此为轴心展开。 In the view of the ancients, the roof not only has the function of shielding the sky, but also serves as a stage for "carrying the Tao and integrating the Tao and art". In the form of "caisson", we abandon the traditional caisson pattern and use a minimalist form to present the beauty of a New Oriental architectural form, which is given to the ceiling of the gallery. At the same time, the layout of the gallery is carried out in the form of axisymmetric structure, and the tension of the space is expanded with the axis.

展厅内部在细节中传达设计品质，以传统东方美学构建出一个复合互动场景，“她”可以是展区、会议、或是一个秀场。XYPLUSZ晰纹设计一直以来，坚持“空间复合化设计”，营造丰富的场景变换，在空间中穿行，感受空间的艺术。 The interior of the gallery conveys the design quality in detail, building up a composite interactive scene with traditional oriental aesthetics. "She" can be an exhibition, a conference, or a show. XYPLUSZ has always adhered to " composite space design", creating rich scene variations, walking through the space and feeling the art of space.

量身度体，唯主至上。「盖娅传说」高端定制服务是由内到外的一种艺术表达，六间风格各异的高端定制贵宾室秉持着「盖娅传说」的设计理念的同时，并融入【商圣六德】“静”、“智”、“勇”、“仁”、“强”、“礼”，共同构建了视觉与文明并存的空间之美。 The shape is tailored to the body, and the Lord is supreme. " Heaven Gaia " high-end customized service is an artistic expression from inside to outside. While adhering to the design concept of " Heaven Gaia ", the six high-end customized VIP rooms with different styles also represent the "Six Virtues Of Business Master" such as "calm", "wisdom", "courage", "benevolence", "strength" and "courtesy", and jointly build the beauty of space where vision and civilization coexist.

见最想见的人，喝最好喝的茶。吾道吾茶是我们的道场，我们的茶。 出于《书经》和《洪范》的五福之道—“长寿”、“富贵”、“康宁”、“好德”、“善终”，赋予五间贵宾茶室之灵魂。 Meet the people you want to meet most and drink the best tea. Wu Dao Wu Cha is our ashram, our tea. Out of the five blessings in the book of songs and Hong Fan - "longevity", "wealth", "health", "Virtue" and "good ending", bring the soul to the five VIP tearooms.
人字顶、坡屋面，还原了中式建筑的形式，用最有“温度”的木制材料削减了现代设计手法中的硬朗，吐露温情。光的筛入透过竹帘细细绵绵，诗意翛然，清雅恬淡。 The gable roof and sloping roof restore the form of Chinese architecture, and use the most "warm" materials—wood, to reduce the hardness of modern design techniques and reveal warmth. The light sifts through the bamboo curtain, poetic and elegant.
这是始终静谧的一处，没有冗杂的视觉焦点，使中式美学在空间的减法做到了极致。 This is always a quiet place, without miscellaneous visual focus, which makes the utmost subtraction of Chinese aesthetics in space.
移步借景，将微缩的东方景观融入包间内外，不分彼此。细节之处呈现简约大气的艺术格调。 Scenery changes with the steps, and integrate the miniature Oriental landscape into the inside and outside of the private room, regardless of each other. The details show a simple and grand artistic style.

所有美食的诞生，均以火炊之。橙红色岩板切片发光墙面与镜面交织，虚实相生，明暗相交，仿佛在述说时光的记忆。 The birth of all kinds of delicious food is based on fire. The light-emitting wall surfaces of the orange red rock plate is interwoven with the mirror surface, where virtual and real are intertwined, and the light and the dark intersect, as if telling the memory of time.
观奇石 谈墨竹 闻水鸣 See strange stones talk about ink bamboo and hear the water
金陵文人辈出，以水而居，吟诗作画。 故而玄武湖畔的湖宴餐厅，以“水”为引，展开空间的设计。 宋代马远的「十二水图」，描述了世间所有的水之形态，画类无出其右。设计将十二水图作为软装主要元素与空间结合，表现水的灵动之美。 Jinling literati came out in large numbers, living by water, reciting poems and drawing paintings.Therefore, the lake banquet restaurant by Xuanwu Lake is designed with "water" as the guide. Ma Yuan's "twelve water paintings" of the Song Dynasty describe all the forms of water in the world, and the paintings are unparalleled. The design combines the twelve water maps as the main elements of soft decoration with space to express the beauty of water.
包间顶部，竹简视觉形态的壁纸与现代却又复古的纸灯笼，共同构建中式人字顶，引人沉浸在空间之中，体会天地人和之乐。 On the top of the private room, the wallpaper in the visual form of bamboo slips and the modern but retro paper lanterns jointly build a Chinese gable roof, which makes people immerse in the space and experience the joy of harmony between heaven, earth and human.
窗外的南京地标建筑紫峰大厦，与马来漆墙面形成的波光粼粼，遥相呼应。地域文化与空间功能婉转糅合，将气氛烘托至极致。 Outside the window, the Nanjing landmark Zifeng building echoes the shimmering Malay paint wall. The subtle combination of local culture and spatial function sets off the experience to the extreme.
借此“煜康荟”，XYPLUSZ晰纹设计，既想追忆中华文明的渊远流长，又想表达当代时尚之美。由点到面，共同串联几大空间，形成和而不同的完美空域。 With this "Yukanghui", XYPLUSZ not only wants to recall the long history of Chinese civilization, but also intends to express the beauty of contemporary fashion. From point to surface, several spaces are connected in series to form a perfect space of harmony with difference.

ABOUT DESIGNER
郭晰纹XYPLUSZ晰纹设计 总设计师&创始人
郭晰纹女士为注册高级室内建筑师。毕业于南京林业大学， 后在同济大学及米兰理工大学深造， 并获设计管理硕士学位。此外， 郭女士还担任江苏省室内设计学会常务理事、 新华网未来研究院特邀设计师、同时入选中国文化部文化产业创意人才库成员。
由吴耀隆先生和郭晰纹女士共同创立的XYPLUSZ 晰纹设计是一家立足于中国上海的多元化设计工作室。XYPLUSZ 晰纹设计提供富有创意的室内、建筑、整体规划、平面以及产品设计服务，从概念到落地全程把控作品的完美呈现。公司项目遍布全国各大主要城市，成立以来屡获国内外知名设计大奖，受到客户的高度认可与一致好评。未来，XYPLUSZ 晰纹设计将扎根中国、融通中外，逐步进军日本、意大利、英国等国际市场布署全球化发展战略。
