这里是antao安道位于杭州的总部办公室，坐落于杭州拱墅区著名的京杭大运河畔——LOFT49创意城市先行区1号楼。
This is the head office of antao in Hangzhou, perched in the No.1 Building of LOFT49 Creative Urban Pilot Zone by the well-known Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal in Gongshu District, Hangzhou.

在LOFT49升级为文创2.0之时，安道设计便参与其中，包括LOFT49的园区景观设计和LOFT49 IP发条蛙的开发与创造，更是将办公场地从旧厂房搬至此，占地1883㎡的安道设计也迎来了七层空间的全面开放。
作为中国大型的综合创意设计服务机构，此次安道总部设计旨在应对其不断发展壮大的发展领域与人员团队，希望依托大运河文化和拱墅工业文脉在拧动创意产业发条的同时，促使创意社区在这里生长。
antao participated in LOFT49’s upgrade to creative 2.0. To be specific, we undertook LOFT49’s park landscape design and the development and creation of LOFT49’s IP– Clockwork Frog. Meanwhile, antao moved its office from an old factory to LOFT49. Now, its new seven-floor office space, which covers an area of 1,883㎡, has been opened.
antao is a large comprehensive creative design service provider in China. The design of its new head office is aimed at coping with the firm’s expanding business fields and team. antao hopes to twist the clockwork spring of creative industry and promote the growth of creative communities here relying on the Grand Canal culture and the industrial context of Gongshu District.

概念引入
Concept Introduction
在城市蔓延和疫情常态化的背景下，为了定义我们时代的挑战，并且为之提供解决方案，一种叫做“阳光朋克”的思想诞生了，它引导我们思考并设计了一个世界城市未来发展的下一步在哪？我们究竟需要什么样的未来办公？于是，安道·鲸空间团队重拾“阳光朋克”的理念，理解其“包容、热爱、人类将自己视为自然的一部分”的内核，在安道总部进行了一场阳光朋克的「未来办公」实践。
In the context of urban sprawl and the normalization of the COVID-19 epidemic, in order to define the challenges facing our times and provide solutions, an idea called “Sun Punk” was born. It leads us to think and design a direction for the future development of world cities. What kind of future office space do we need? To this end, the “antao · WAHLE” team regained the concept of “Sun Punk”, re-understood its core ideas of “tolerance”, “love”, and “man is part of nature”, and made a “future office” attempt at the headquarters of antao.

“与自然一起工作”。打破处处受限的樊笼，将绿意揉进空间里，探索未来办公新场域。同时将这座建筑变成有机的生命体，灵活适应不同场所的功能需求，让它成为人们精神放松休息之所，成为人们灵感迸发之地，满足人们渴望接近大自然的愿望。
“多层次的办公界面”。整体空间兼顾多元办公、社区娱乐、社交生活、家庭体验等多种情景，发布中心、创意市集、帐篷营地、梦幻乐园、主题展览、万物书屋、屋顶花园等多维形态，打破传统职能的桎梏，丰富了空间承载，创造出丰盛、有趣、多层次的办公界面。
“打造创意办公目的地新形态”。在重思设计与生长的故事后，试图解锁人类与生俱来和自然的链接，构筑生命与空间的栈桥，延续安道精神，打造自然、艺术、温暖的工作目的地，旨在为全杭州提供一份引导开发创意工作环境、回答可持续城市课题的绿色启示录。
“Work Together with Nature”. The design breaks restraints and brings greenery into space. The whole building is turned into an organic living creature. It flexibly caters to different functional needs, offering both a place for people to relax and rest and a place for people to get inspired. Here, people’s desire to get close to nature is satisfied.
“Multi-layer Office Interface”. The whole space integrates multiple scenarios including office, community entertainment, social life and family activities, and releases multi-dimensional forms including a center, creative fair, camp, dream park, theme exhibition, a bookstore of everything, and a roof garden. The shackles of traditional functions are broken and the space functions are diversified to shape a rich, fun and multi-layer office interface.
“Create a New Form of Creative Office Destination”. After rethinking the story of design and growth, we try to unlock the innate links between man and nature, and build a bridge between life and space. The antao spirit is continued to create a natural, artistic and warm work space. We aim to provide the entire Hangzhou city with a green apocalypse that can guide the development of creative work space and offer a solution to urban sustainability.

1F-ANATURAL PARK自然艺术空间 | 1F-ANATURAL PARK
5年前，安道总部在一间完全野生状态的机械铸造工厂车间安家扎根，设计打造成了一个集城市雨林、蘑菇乐园、咖啡简餐、自然博物馆、艺术展厅、种植花园等功能于一体的具有丰富场景力的创意办公空间，并将其命名为“16号星球”。

Five years ago, antao perched its headquarters in a completely wild machine casting workshop. The office space was creatively designed to integrate diverse functions like an urban rainforest, mushroom paradise, coffee & snacks, natural museum, art gallery, and garden. It was named “Planet 16”.

2022年6月8日，离开机械铸造厂后的安道在杭州LOFT49创意城市先行区1号楼正式启幕，再度将16号星球的空间进行创新诠释。整体空间延续了之前自然、艺术、温暖的空间属性，不仅是一座集城市雨林、乐园、展厅、木工房、手作场和办公区等为一体的超级创意星球，而且还是一个个具有多元文化语境与社交属性的复合型空间。我们将周边居民、顾客等囊括在受众之内，在共同使用和对话交流间，传递出自由、开放的信号。
On June 8, 2022, antao that had left the machine casting workshop was officially reopened in the No.1 Building of LOFT49. The new office innovatively reproduces the space of Planet 16. The whole space continues the previous natural, artistic and warm properties. But this time, it is not only a super creative planet that integrates urban rainforest, paradise, gallery, carpentry workshop, craft workshop and office area, but also a compound space carrying multi-cultural context and social attributes. We include the surrounding residents and customers in the audience, and send a signal of freedom and openness through common use and dialogue.

2层展厅正在进行的是“从土地到目的地——打造未来目的地新形态”的文化展览，然而展览不仅仅在2层。安道设计用7层空间策划了不同的主题与内容，多维度地诠释了如何打造创意办公目的地新形态。
The exhibition hall on 2F is undergoing a cultural exhibition themed “FROM LAND TO DESTINATION: TO CREATE A NEW FORM OF FUTURE DESTINATIONS”. But the exhibition is not only limited to 2F. antao has designed different themes and contents for all seven floors, interpreting how to create a new form of creative office destinations from multiple dimensions.

3F-自然密码 | 3F- NATURAL CODE
3层，是博物馆，也是自然密码。设计师将自然宝藏收藏，并转化为日常设计灵感。置身于此，会发现自己还是一个长不大、对大自然充满无限好奇的孩童，吸取着天然的养分，用纸笔将灵感跃然于纸上，并通过不断地打磨和沉淀最终化作现实。
On 3F is a museum, and also a natural code. Designers collect treasures from nature and then translate them into everyday design inspirations. Here, you will find yourself still a child that is full of infinite curiosity about nature. You absorb nutrients from nature, draw your inspiration on a piece of paper, and finally turn it into reality through continuous polishing and precipitation.

Here is an innovative lab where the environmental art discipline and the psychology discipline collide. The designers try to interpret urban aesthetics and life aesthetics with the healing landscape. Here, there is no need to hide your emotions and attitude towards life. Just let out your “Wild Nature”.

7F-光之剧场 | 7F-THEATER OF LIGHT
光的剧场——最接近天空的地方。迎接日出送别日落，感受时间的流淌与岁月的静好。未来，光之剧场还将展开“屋顶农场”实验，探究生长的奥秘与奇观。
Theater of Light– a place closest to the sky. Here, people greet the sunrise and see off the sunset, feeling the flow of time and the peace of days. In the future, Theater of Light will launch a “roof farm” experiment to explore the mysteries and wonders of growth.

Afterword
在这里，我们秉承阳光朋克理论“尊重自然、包容万物、热爱生活”的精神内核，在设计中打破办公的桎梏，丰富空间的承载功能，创造出丰盛、有趣、多层次的办公界面。ANATURAL PARK自然艺术公园、艺术展览、自然密码、文化客厅、创意社区、疗愈花园、光之剧场……多维空间形态在此孕育萌芽、共同生长，每一处都可以成为创意者的灵感爆发地！
我们希望在促进LOFT49生活工作的人获得更好的成长，也为LOFT49提供未来生长的养分，延展成为一座带来自然栖居体验的生态办公有机体。
Here, we practice the soul of sun punk theory– “respecting nature, embracing everything and loving life”. We break the shackles of the office in the design, enrich the functions carried by the space, and create a rich, fun and multi-layer office interface. ANATURAL PARK, ART EXHIBITION, NATURAL CODE, CULTURAL MEETING ROOM, CREATIVE COMMUNITY CENTER, HEALING GARDEN, THEATER OF LIGHT… Multi-dimensional spatial forms are bred, sprout and grow together here. And each of them can become a muse for creative people!
We hope to help people who live and work in LOFT49 grow better, and also offer nutrients for the future growth of LOFT49 and make it an ecological office organism that can bring a “natural habitat” experience.
