茶：于茶道，观茶之浮沉聚散，似于人间，同“浮世”。文人多喜茶，尤为文人墨客。于茶事中陶冶情操，于品茶中修身养性。诗有 “竹雨松风琴韵，茶烟梧月书声”、“一杯春露暂留客，两腋清风几欲仙”、“茶亦醉人何必酒，书能香我无须花”。因茶而忘俗，因心而忘茶，因道而忘心。

曲：自然造物，曲直对立，亦构成统一 。其属性截然不同，曲则流畅、富有张力。弧型楼梯，一弯一仰，蕴涵简洁、对称、奇异之构型，浑然天成。置于屋宅，空间流转，建筑贯穿连接，尽显意态韵律之美。

土：土生万物，夯土为墙 ，或方或圆，筑室以藏身，亦简亦自然。物有衰败，人有始终，斑驳痕迹，人事岁月，古旧沧桑。见素抱朴，返璞归真，赏拙缺之韵。心无 住，以观象外之象,韵外之旨，方境随心现。
