本案是对坐落于废旧工厂之中的180㎡空间所做的设计，业主为视觉设计工作室。
在设计之初，业主希望可以在空间中容纳不限于办公区、艺术书店、电影放映等近10种功能区，且彼此之间能够联动——艺术书店是设计艺术精神及审美的延伸，同时作为商业场所，具备吸引人流实现转化的能力。
This project is designed for a 180㎡space located in an old factory. The owner is a visual design studio.
At the beginning of the design, the owner hoped to accommodate nearly 10 functional areas, including not limited to office area, art bookstore, movie screening, etc. in the space, and to be able to interact with each other — art bookstore is an extension of the artistic spirit of design and aesthetics, and as a commercial place, has the ability to attract people to achieve transformation.

从设计师到艺术书店经营者，业主面临职业角色的扩容；从书籍到音乐、电影，则是不同兴趣角色的交织，书店的阅读者是汲取角色，书籍是哺育角色……如此，不同功能板块像是业主饰演的不同角色，而空间是角色呈现的载体，即角色之外。
基于此，我们在商业板块打造了电影式戏剧空间，由墨绿与暗红构成的复古文化印象作为风格基调，由木、铜、皮革还原出精致生动的戏剧性，由商业空间进入办公空间的阶梯则逐步褪去情绪，显现出现代开朗的格局。在不同区域停留，都能融为其中的角色，体验新鲜的自我身份，而在不同区域间的行走，仿佛跟随设计发展的进程，感受从古典到现代流淌的艺术故事。
From designers to art bookstore operators, business owners face the expansion of professional roles; From books to music and movies, it is the interweaving of roles with different interests. Readers in bookstores are learning roles, while books are feeding roles… In this way, different functional plates are like different roles played by the owner, and space is the carrier of role presentation, that is, outside the role.
Based on this, we create a cinematic drama space in the commercial section. The retro cultural impression composed of dark green and dark red is used as the tone of the style, and the exquisite and vivid drama is restored by wood, copper and leather. The mood gradually fades from the commercial space to the office space, showing a modern and cheerful pattern. If you stay in different areas, you can become one of the characters and experience a fresh self-identity. When you walk between different areas, you seem to follow the process of design development and feel the flowing art story from classical to modern.

设计亮点
Design highlights
功能区立体咬合-动静相宜，分割互动
面对办公区、书店、音乐角、放映厅、黑胶角、咖啡吧、客座区、会议室、印刷区等功能需求，我们确定了区域折叠、立体咬合的结构方案。利用5.6米的层高以及能够局部下沉的优势，将空间整合为3.5层，分别承担私密会客、商用开放、付费开放、独立办公四个不同的使用功能。
Functional area three-dimensional occlusion – Dynamic and dynamic appropriate, segmentation interaction
Facing the functional requirements of office area, bookstore, music corner, screening hall, vinyl corner, coffee bar, guest area, meeting room, printing area and so on, we determined the structural scheme of regional folding and three-dimensional occlusion. Taking advantage of the height of 5.6 meters and the local subsidence, the space is integrated into 3.5 floors, which respectively undertake four different functions: private reception, commercial opening, payment opening and independent office.

如此，各种区域在空间中各司其职，既有纯粹的独立空间，又有彼此交汇的多功能区域。线条利落的楼梯分割出一层、平台、二层的上下关系，是空间中的绝对分割。而阶梯式放映厅作为办公与商业的接壤地，在不同时间提供放映、提案两种作用，是动静区域的模糊地带。
In this way, various areas play their roles in the space, with both pure independent space and multi-functional areas that intersect each other. The neat lines of the stairs divide the upper and lower relations of the first floor, the platform and the second floor, which is the absolute division in the space. As a border between office and business, the stepped projection hall provides two functions of projection and proposal at different times, which is the fuzzy zone of dynamic and dynamic area.

倾斜角度，留住建筑呼吸-紧密与开阔兼备
5.6米层高如果完全横截为两层容易产生压抑感，故而我们将办公体块倾斜15°，尽可能保证办公面积的同时，留出了本身层高，为紧密咬合的空间提供呼吸，借由连廊打造的室内阳台，既作为连接功能区与办公区的桥梁，也可以充分开阔视野，缓解设计师的视觉疲劳。
办公体块的倾斜使得门头凸出部分也有了角度，建筑外观成为两层叠放的盒子，有了更大的展示面积，同时为室外客户区提供了一阴一阳两种光晒情况，在不同天气皆可使用。
Tilt the Angle to keep the building breathing – Close and open
If the height of 5.6 meters is completely cut into two layers, it is easy to produce a sense of depression, so we will tilt the office block 15°, as far as possible to ensure the office area at the same time, set aside the height of its own, to provide breathing for the tightly occlusal space, indoor balcony created by the corridor, not only as a bridge connecting the functional area and the office area, but also can fully broaden the vision, Ease designer visual fatigue.
The leaning of the office block makes the protruding part of the door head also have an Angle. The building appearance becomes a two-layer box, which has a larger display area. At the same time, it provides the outdoor customer area with one shade and one sun, which can be used in different weather.

动线分流，商用&自用-多元场景解决方案
一层商业空间中，由中部构成环形动线，消费者行动中经过咖啡吧、书籍桌、报刊亭、音乐角、黑胶角、放映厅，不断接收新的角色体验与视觉刺激，激发大家的好奇与探索欲。

The commercial space on the first floor, formed by the middle of the circular line, consumer action through the coffee bar, book table, newsstand, music corner, vinyl corner, screening hall, constantly receive new role experience and visual stimulation, stimulate everyone’s curiosity and desire to explore.

由楼梯而上到达工作区，由工作区穿过连廊可以进入放映厅进行项目提案，构成了工作室的行为动线。日常情况下，二层放映厅闭门，而顾客可以由一层进入放映厅随心赏片，与办公区互不干涉，构成了书店消费者的行为动线。即通过放映厅一层或二层闭门行为，放映厅属于商业空间或办公区。
The working area is reached from the stairs. Through the working area, you can enter the projection hall for project proposal, which constitutes the behavioral line of the studio. Under normal circumstances, the cinema on the second floor is closed, while customers can enter the cinema on the first floor to enjoy the film at their will, which does not interfere with the office area, forming the behavioral line of consumers in the bookstore. That is, the first or second floor of the screening hall is closed, and the screening hall belongs to the commercial space or office area.

建筑中空，紧密与留白的交织：从不同角度观看空间，紧密的体块与纵向中空交响，构成量感的参差。植物在半空中肆意生长，为现代性的结构型提供了色彩点缀与生命张力。
直线剪裁，几何化立体构图：空间中各式利落剪裁的直线彼此交叠，是空间中性格纯粹的一面。在空间中不同位置体验时，不同的几何构图则是空间中灵动的一面。
复古场景演绎，塑造参与者的角色意识：报刊亭、书架是空间中最着墨的部分，电影式道具激发顾客好奇，高出片率为店铺带来高效传播。而平铺式的书架设计，是为了呈现艺术书籍美观的封面，选择正面摆放，最大程度体现书籍陈列带来的视觉冲击。
The building is hollow, tightly interwoven with white space: Viewing the space from different angles, the tight volume and the longitudinal hollow symphony constitute the uneven sense of quantity. Plants grow freely in midair, providing color ornament and life tension for the modern structure.
Straight line cutting, geometric three-dimensional composition: All kinds of neatly cut straight lines overlap each other in the space, which is the pure character of the space. When experiencing different positions in the space, different geometric composition is the dynamic side of the space.
Retro scene interpretation, shaping the participants’ role awareness: Newsstand and bookshelf are the most inked part of the space. Movie-style props arouse customers’ curiosity, and the high film rate brings efficient communication for the store. The design of the tiled bookshelf is to present the beautiful cover of art books. The bookshelf is placed on the front side to maximize the visual impact brought by the display of books.

音乐角落，逃离人群的自我时刻：音乐角同时利用戏剧性色彩打造，悬空CD架与听者形成前后关系，保证听音乐的独处安全感。
把目光陈列在角落：客座区是与顾客体验最为相关的区域，利用绿植及同样戏剧性的桌椅，呈现出的自然生动的温馨领地。
阶梯式放映厅，适应不同人群观影喜好：作为办公与商业交叠的板块，利用高差打造了阶梯式放映厅，恰好可以满足不同观影习惯的人群。同样，放映厅是复古电影场景的一部分，皮革、柚木、黄铜的复古格调与百老汇的故事交相辉映。
Music corner, escape from the crowd of me moments: At the same time, the music corner is built with dramatic colors, and the hanging CD stand forms a relationship with listeners, ensuring the sense of security of listening to music alone.
Keep your eyes in the corner: The guest area is the area most relevant to the customer experience, with the use of plants and equally dramatic tables and chairs, presenting a natural and vivid warm territory.
The stepped projection hall ADAPTS to the viewing preferences of different people: As an overlapping section of office and business, it uses the height difference to create a stepped projection hall, which can just meet the needs of people with different movie-watching habits. Similarly, the screening room is part of a retro movie set, with a retro touch of leather, teak and brass that blends with Broadway stories.

叠放式外立面，上演两种角色的故事：整个外立面如同巨大而真实的荧幕，垂直与倾斜的两层中分别上演着生活与工作的可能性。
线条有序，给予舒缓的办公情绪：办公区域采用低刺激的中性灰，在设计师工作时能最大程度专注，而点缀的绿色与一层呼应。
The stacked facade plays the story of two characters: The whole facade is like a huge and real screen, with the possibility of life and work on two vertical and sloping floors.
Orderly lines, give soothing office mood: The office area is a low-stimulation neutral grey, which allows maximum concentration while the designer works, while the embellished green responds to the ground floor.
