并不是仅仅只有制造出新奇的东西才算是创造,把熟悉的东西当成未知的领域,再度开发也同样具有创造性。

我们在这处两层的展厅空间中,通过解构化的设计为前沿高端的家居产品落下展示的框架结构,以新式展陈理念,突破传统的束缚,发掘实体产业的簇新生命。

In this two-floor exhibition space, we deconstructed the design as the frame structure for the display of cutting-edge high-end home products, and broke through the traditional bondage with the new exhibition concept to explore the new life of the real industry.









项目是位于温州乐清市区一处家具体验中心,此次改造的项目为其建筑六层与七层的家居买手店。

空间原始为两层独立的长方形结构,通过中心的旋转楼梯形成链接,较为方正的状态与户外空间让我们的改造有了很多可以发力的方向,但弱点也一目了然:

其一为层高相对较矮,且梁柱过多,影响布局;

其二是空间的采光能力较弱,对于家具展厅来讲,缺少自然光源下的呈现效果;

其三则为中心的楼梯结构,承载了较大的体量,将空间连贯的叙事性打断。

The project is a furniture experience center located in Yueqing City, Wenzhou. The renovation project is a home furnishing shop on the sixth and seventh floors of its building.

The original space is two separate rectangular structures, linked by the central spiral staircase. The relatively square state and outdoor space give us a lot of directions to force the transformation, but the weaknesses are also clear:

One is that the height is relatively short, and there are too many beams and columns, which affects the layout;

Second, the lighting capacity of the space is weak, for the furniture exhibition hall, the lack of natural light source under the presentation effect;

The third is the central staircase structure, which carries a large volume and breaks the narrative of the space.










结合以上提出的问题,我们分别从单层空间的结构重建,与两层空间的关联性处理入手,打破原有的桎梏,让空间更完整地为产品的呈现服务。

Combined with the above problems, we start from the structural reconstruction of single-layer space and the correlation treatment of two-layer space, break the original shackles, and make the space more complete for the presentation of products.










拆除原有楼梯后,移位至南侧,以镂空式云梯呈现,如此,空间中心位置不再有阻隔,两层都以相对完整独立的状态并联。

此外,挑空楼梯侧天花,形成上下层间的联动关系,同时拆除部分原始墙外的广告格栅,引入户外的光线铺入室内,随结构产生可变的光影关系,唤起场域关于时间的感知能力。

After removing the original staircase, it is moved to the south side and presented with a hollow aerial ladder, so that the central position of the space is no longer blocked, and the two floors are connected in a relatively complete and independent state.

In addition, the ceiling of the stairway is emptied to form the linkage relationship between the upper and lower levels. At the same time, part of the advertising grating outside the original wall is removed, and outdoor light is introduced into the interior, which generates a variable light and shadow relationship with the structure and evokes the perception ability of the field about time.









在对自然光的引入进行导向之后,我们的侧重点回到对空间商业属性的解读。

After guiding the introduction of natural light, our focus returns to the interpretation of the commercial properties of space.









整体采用黑白灰色系填充,为日后产品的更替留下可供丰盈的留白,同时在部分区域加入砖墙元素以及鲜艳的色彩立面,配合人工造光与天然光源的相互渗透,以适应不同场景的变化。

The whole system is filled with black, white and gray, leaving abundant white space for future product replacement. At the same time, brick wall elements and bright color facades are added in some areas, with the mutual penetration of artificial light and natural light sources to adapt to changes in different scenes.










多余的墙体经过拆解之后,我们得到敞开且自由的场景,随后在独立平面内重新规划,得到洄游式的动线结构,引导访客在自然游走的过程中,完整地感知为展品所搭建的不同场景,进而模拟到实用场景下的呈现。
After the excess walls were disassembled, we got an open and free scene, and then re-planned in an independent plane to get a migratory type of moving line structure, which guided visitors to completely perceive different scenes built for the exhibits in the process of natural walking, and then simulated the presentation of practical scenes.











不仅从观者的角度搭建空间的脉络,同样从经营者入手强调持续性的生存情境。通过多维风格的糅合与明亮百搭的场景搭建,引起经营者产生更多对产品进行变换与交互的兴趣,以此促进展厅空间不断推陈出新的良性发展。

It not only builds the context of space from the perspective of viewers, but also emphasizes the sustainable living situation from the operators.
Through the combination of multi-dimensional styles and the construction of bright and versatile scenes, operators are more interested in transforming and interacting with products, so as to promote the benign development of the exhibition space.









我们改变了传统家具展厅的展示模式,在展示产品的同时,提升观者对家具产品的认知,并产生靠近的兴趣;同时,促使经营者通过软装的变换延长空间的生命属性,提升品牌调性。

We have changed the display mode of the traditional furniture exhibition hall, and at the same time, we can improve the audience's cognition of furniture products and generate interest. At the same time, it promotes the operators to extend the life attributes of the space and enhance the tonality of the brand through the transformation of soft decoration.









拓展户外场景,置入绿植,以完成更多元的展示思路,同时也起到内外相互合作交融的使用效果。

Expand the outdoor scene and put in green plants to complete more diversified display ideas, and also play the use effect of internal and external cooperation and integration.








展厅空间的设计,诉诸最终,是为产品的呈现与品牌内核的表达服务,我们希望通过硬装的骨骼脉络,为软装的不断变化提供永久且专注的支撑。

The design of the exhibition space, to the end, is to serve the presentation of the product and the expression of the core of the brand. We hope to provide permanent and focused support for the continuous changes of the soft installation through the skeletal vein of the hard installation.
